Zach Haptonstall was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He is the Chief Executive Officer  and Co-Founder of Rise48 Equity, Rise48 Communities, and Rise48 Construction. Zach’s main responsibilities as CEO include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building strategic partnerships. Since 2019, Rise48 Equity has completed $1.99 Billion Dollars in Total Transactions with $1.6 Billion Dollars Assets Under Management in Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX. He resides both in Scottsdale, AZ and Dallas, TX with his wife Grace.

Moses Lucero, Partner and Acquisition Analyst for Aviana Capital Group (ACG), is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a focus on commercial multifamily acquisition, asset management, disposition, and education. With a background in Finance and Lending at South Wind Financial, Inc., he began his career in Las Vegas, rehabbing and flipping single-family and small multifamily residences.
Since transitioning to commercial multifamily properties in 2017, he has managed dozens of rentals and has partnered in over 700 units at $70 mil AUM as a general partner.
Moses has analyzed hundred of multifamily assets and has shared his expertise as a guest speaker for groups like the Las Vegas Real Estate Investor Association. His personal passions include family time with his daughter, Camila, and wife, Alyssa, as well as self-care and continued learning.
