Canadians are the #1 foreign investor group into the U.S. So it’s happening with or without you. Thomas Lorini is not reinventing the wheel. He's just stepping on the gas! 

 

1. Opportunities: the US is 10x the size of Canada. Larger population, more deals, more tenants, more markets, more of everything! 

 

2. Landlord Friendly Markets: most Canadian markets are rent controlled making it very difficult for investors to operate in. There are many landlord friendly states in the U.S., that house millions of people that give back control into the landlords hands.  Game-changer!

 

3. Affordability: Canadians don’t realize that there are more than 10 states where the median price of home is below $150k! These price points do not exist in Canada.
