Powell is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in the acquisition and management of self storage and multifamily properties. He has been the lead on 16 self storage facilities, totaling more than 5,000 units and 650,000 square feet, and a general partner on seven multifamily properties, comprising over 1,100 units. 

Additionally, Powell holds two Master's degrees and has achieved the prestigious President's Circle Award, a distinction reserved for top performers in a Fortune 500 company. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his family.
